What hours will my VA be available?
Our hours are agreed with each individual client based on their requirements. We are closed on all NZ public holidays.
What are your rates?
Our rates depend on the type of service and the complexity of the project. We offer a free consultation to find out about your business requirements and how we can support you. We offer an hourly rate or customised retainer packages to suit each individual client's needs. Please contact us for the best rate for your requirements.
When do I pay for my hours?
Monthly packages are invoiced in advance and payment is required before work commences. The pay as you go hourly rate options are available for those that wish to trial our services or are unsure how many hours they require and will be invoiced at the end of each week with payment due within 7 days of the invoice date. Rates are exclusive of any disbursements.
How do you keep my information confidential and secure?
Security and confidentiality are extremely important to us. We use the latest software and tools, we have all our client’s information & documents securely stored electronically with restricted access by The Virtual Assistants only.
The Virtual Assistants – Megan Rumble & Vicki Jones are the only people with access to client’s passwords & documents. Passwords are stored in our secure software.
Using a secure drive we store our client's documents in their own restricted client folder. We can then share the completed documents, files, flyers etc. with the client only.
Depending on assistance required clients can provide access to their inhouse networks and software to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
What systems do you use?
We are proficient in Xero, WorkflowMax, ProWorkFlow, Smart Payroll and Microsoft Office. We use a vast range of apps and tools across our client base so it is likely that we know the systems that you are on. If not, we are willing to learn a required tool.
What happens if my VA is sick or on leave?
What if it isn't working out for me?
Our aim is to provide you with the very best efficient service, if this is not up to your expectations please email or call us to discuss your concerns. We will endeavour to resolve concerns quickly. If you would like to end the engagement of service altogether, we'd be sorry to see you go. We would require 30 days written notice to end the agreement and payment for any work completed to date.
